What’s the problem

 

65% of British Society can sleep better and the data suggests things are getting worse.

The biggest issue is cited as STRESS.

Good sleep gives more energy, better mood, clearer and faster thinking and reduced stress and illness (and other benefits).

2017 Sainsbury report: Better sleep continues to be the biggest single contributor to living better.

On average, those who are ‘living best’ tended to have better sleep quality, support networks and life satisfaction.
