Preparing for your consultation

Great, you've booked your first sleep consultation. Here's what to expect.

Your consultation will be held by phone, on the number you provided, and has three parts as follows:

1. Your sleep history

First you will discuss your sleep history, your currently sleep problem, and how it all started.

2. Review your data

Then your coach will feed back on the information that you provided during registration and your sleep diary.

3. Your first Tweak

Finally, you will both discuss your main sleep problem and agree one Tweak to improve your sleep that you will focus on for the next two weeks.

Keeping a sleep diary

To prepare for the consultation you need to complete a sleep diary each day. This is a short questionnaire about how you actually slept and your routine during the previous day.

It is important to record this each day while your memory is fresh because we often don't remember our sleep very well. Also, it allows us to understand how every day life can influence our sleep over a period of time.

You will be sent a reminder to complete the diary each day. It only takes 1 minute and you can do it from your phone, computer, or tablet.
